Open the hatch, use wooden skewers or tooth picks on the cake. If nothing sticks to the skewers or toothpicks then it's done. If there's batter sticks on the skewer, cook once more

- Turn the pan and put cake into plate. Cut them and ready to serve. (i try when still hot. It's good. Cool is delicious too. ^^)
