- Great idli mould well. Now add lemon juice and eno salt to the batter and mix well. Immediately pour into idli moulds. Steam it for about 15 minutes.let ot cool.and demould.
- For tempring - take a pan add 2 tap oil,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and aplog green chilli. Turn off the gas and pour it on dhokla pieces. Beetroot dhokla is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
