- سبزیوں کو کاٹ لیں
- کڑاہی میں آئل ڈال کر گرم کر لیں اس میں پیاز ڈال کر نرم کر لیں اور اس میں آلو مٹر گاجر ڈال کر پکائیں جب سبزیاں گل جائے تو اس میں نمک کالی مرچ چلی سوس سویا سوس ہری مرچ شملہ مرچ بند گوبھی ڈال کر مکس کر لیں اور ساتھ ہی چکن کے رشے بنا کر ڈال دیں
- اب چاولوں کے ساتھ لیر بنا دے اوپر چلی سوس سویا سوس ڈال دیں اور ہری مرچ کاٹ کر ڈال دیں (ہری مرچیں اوپر ڈالنا نہ چاہتے تو رہنے دیں)
